Camouflage Moccasins
They feel every bit as good on your feet as soft sole slippers, but with the rubber nubs on the bottom, they wear considerably longer, so they're just as practical for outdoor wear as indoor wear. I wear mine as casual shoes and as house slippers about equally. I think they look great when worn with jeans especially. I can't understand why they're not a lot more popular, although I'll admit they do have one drawback -- if you get caught out in the rain with them, they do have a tendency to soak up water like a sponge. (That's not the case quite as much with the suede or cowhide leathers, although I don't find those styles quite as comfortable as the deerskin.) If you try to stick to warm/dry weather wear, though, you can't go wrong with them.
